HOW THE TUGBOAT SOCIETY MEMBERS HELP

One-quarter of all families living in NYC’s homeless shelters.

Together, we can rescue families on the edge, untethered by a crisis, like the loss of job, a health issue, or violence.

We can help them get back home.

From basic preventative care to trauma counseling; from loaded school backpacks to socks; from our Good Health Shuttle service to free Metro Cards; it takes a lot of resources to provide and ensure access to healthcare in NYC.

Your monthly contribution, even a small one, enables us to continue providing the highest level of care and supportive services.
